Service terms
72-hour turnaround
We aim to complete or respond to every request within 72 hours of acceptance. The timer pauses if we need more information from you.
Monthly credits
Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits are deducted when a request is submitted.
Revisions
Each request includes one round of revisions. If a request requires significantly more work than expected, we may quote separately.
Scope
Requests should be clearly scoped. Very large or complex projects may be quoted separately. We'll always tell you before proceeding.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You retain access and credits until the end of your current billing period.
